To provide you with the best service and to properly process your return, we require a Return Authorization (RA) number with every return. Please contact customer service at 888-499-8709 to obtain your RA number.

GENERAL RETURNS:

For product returns that do not fall under warranty, we require that you contact customer service at 888-499-8709 or Sales@MediPosture.com for a Return Authorization number. Once authorized, we ask that you include a copy of your packing slip with Return Authorization number so that we can accurately process your return. Return shipping expenses on non-warranty item returns are the responsibility of the customer.

PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER:

For orders not placed directly with MediPosture (other dental suppliers) we ask that you please contact the retailer from whom you purchased our product(s).
